After submitting the form - our accommodations manager will check availability of the apartment selected and email you with deposit payment instructions.

In the event the apartment you selected is not available - our manager will offer similar apartments to choose from. Our managers get in touch with you within 12 hours of booking form receipt - but usually we respond much sooner.

Once availability is confirmed – you will be asked to prepay an advance payment also known as deposit.

We require one nights deposit for every 7 nights of stay. For example, if your stay is 14 nights – your advance payment will be 2 nights rent.

Payment can be made securely via our payment page using any major credit card or PayPal.
If you do not wish to make payment via these two methods we also offer payments by Western Union & Bank Transfer.

Once your payment is received – the apartment will be reserved for your dates and you will receive final confirmation letter with all of your booking details within 12 hours of payment receipt.

Our confirmation letter will contain all of your bookings details including but not limited to apartment’s address, arrival dates, flight information, check in instructions, etc.

We ask for you to check the confirmation letter to assure that everything is correct.

Description: This absolutely brand new luxurious three bedroom apartment with panoramic SEA VIEW is located on the 3rd floor of a 3 storied building in the absolute prime location of Odessas historic district at the beginning of the main famous street Deribasovskaya. All of Odessas main attractions - the Potemkin Stairs, Duke Statue and Opera Theater are just seconds away as are all the cafes, restaurants and nightclubs which are located in the historic center. The apartment is over 120 sq meters and is equipped / furnished with everything required for absolutely luxurious living. The apartment consists of a total of two levels. The first level contains a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 persons in an area with panoramic windows and wonderful view to the old city and sea side. The living room contains a corner sofa that can be used for sleeping, 32" Plasma Screen TV (with cable TV which has 70 channels), Wi-Fi internet and an Air Conditioner, the guest toilet. The second level containing all of the three bedrooms with separate entrances from the corridor which gives you absolute privacy. All of the bedrooms contain king sized beds, large wardrobe areas and AC units. There are 4 air-conditioners in total. The 2 bedrooms have exit to the big terrace which opens wonderful view to the sea side and old city which is unique feature for old historic part of the city. The bathroom contains all designer equipment including a large Jakuzzi tub. This three-bedroom apartment is the absolute luxury that one could find in Odessa, located in the absolute heart of the historic district.
