Select an apartment you wish to book and proceed by clicking on ‘book this apartment’ button.
You will be asked to fill out the details of your stay on the following screen.
Fill out the booking request form with the details of your booking.
After submitting the form - our accommodations manager will check availability of the apartment selected and email you with deposit payment instructions.
In the event the apartment you selected is not available - our manager will offer similar apartments to choose from. Our managers get in touch with you within 12 hours of booking form receipt - but usually we respond much sooner.
Please make sure to check your spam or junk email folders in the event you do not see our email.
If you wish to receive a phone call from our manager - you can check ‘contact me by phone’ box.
Once availability is confirmed – you will be asked to prepay an advance payment also known as deposit.
We require one nights deposit for every 7 nights of stay. For example, if your stay is 14 nights – your advance payment will be 2 nights rent.
Payment can be made securely via our payment page using any major credit card or PayPal.
If you do not wish to make payment via these two methods we also offer payments by Western Union & Bank Transfer.
Once your payment is received – the apartment will be reserved for your dates and you will receive final confirmation letter with all of your booking details within 12 hours of payment receipt.
Our confirmation letter will contain all of your bookings details including but not limited to apartment’s address, arrival dates, flight information, check in instructions, etc.
We ask for you to check the confirmation letter to assure that everything is correct.

| Description: This absolutely enormous, dual leveled, luxurious three / four bedroom apartment (a total of 5 rooms!) is located on the 4th floor of a 4 story building (with an elevator) directly one block away from Odessa\\\'s most famous Deribasovskaya Street, inside one of the more prestigious buildings in all of Odessa\\\'s center with a door code and video surveillance security. The apartment is well over 200 square meters and is designed in an original style with all designer furniture. It is fully furnished and equipped with designer furniture, style and elegance - featuring a large hallway entrance with wall decorations, large living room with white leather couch section (large couch plus 2 soft seats - large enough for hosting a large group of people), large deco map of the globe, fireplace (not functional), 25\\\" TV with full cable (over 75 channels), DVD Player, the first bedroom is huge in size and features a true king sized bed, large wardrobe area and private balcony. The second bedroom on the first floor of the apartment comes with another king sized bed and a writing desk. The second floor of the apartment features the 3rd bedroom, which contains a queen sized bed. The 4th bedroom / lounge room contains an additional couch (Air Bed is available as well) and two chairs. The apartment features two balconies, one of which is enclosed and is accessed via a living room. The second balcony faces one of Odessa\\\'s nicest squares, the Sabornaya and Grecheskaya squares - an unbeatable Odessa city view. This apartment is very sunny with lots of windows. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation including dining room seating area for four and additional counter top seating for two more people. There are two bathrooms in the apartment (one upstairs and one downstairs). The first bathroom is very spacious, featuring a shower cabin and a washing machine. The second bathroom upstairs comes with a Jacuzzi. There are 2 Air Conditioners units in the apartment. This is one of the most unique accommodations in all of Odessa and makes an absolutely fantastic lodging option for any large group of travelers desiring luxury, privacy and perfect Odessa rest.
