Select an apartment you wish to book and proceed by clicking on ‘book this apartment’ button.
You will be asked to fill out the details of your stay on the following screen.
Fill out the booking request form with the details of your booking.
After submitting the form - our accommodations manager will check availability of the apartment selected and email you with deposit payment instructions.
In the event the apartment you selected is not available - our manager will offer similar apartments to choose from. Our managers get in touch with you within 12 hours of booking form receipt - but usually we respond much sooner.
Please make sure to check your spam or junk email folders in the event you do not see our email.
If you wish to receive a phone call from our manager - you can check ‘contact me by phone’ box.
Once availability is confirmed – you will be asked to prepay an advance payment also known as deposit.
We require one nights deposit for every 7 nights of stay. For example, if your stay is 14 nights – your advance payment will be 2 nights rent.
Payment can be made securely via our payment page using any major credit card or PayPal.
If you do not wish to make payment via these two methods we also offer payments by Western Union & Bank Transfer.
Once your payment is received – the apartment will be reserved for your dates and you will receive final confirmation letter with all of your booking details within 12 hours of payment receipt.
Our confirmation letter will contain all of your bookings details including but not limited to apartment’s address, arrival dates, flight information, check in instructions, etc.
We ask for you to check the confirmation letter to assure that everything is correct.
