How much do you charge ?
Nothing. We pay you monthly - either a flat fee (based on a sublease) or a varying monthly amount, in which case we charge a percentage of the gross revenue thereby optimizing your income during busy periods and allowing you to participate in profit sharing.
I am interested in purchasing a property - how much can I expect in annual returns?
Obviously your annual return varies and is based on many factors. Currently, the real estate market is ripe for purchases, with prices having already returned to the 2005 year levels and still declining. However, it is safe to say that based on previous experience of owners which currently work with us an annual net return of 10% in cash flow is the average. Annual returns of 20% have been reached in some circumstances.
